Thank you for your reading hun and your right about trying to let go of the pain. Ive been doing alot of work on trying to heal. Especially, here lately. I often wonder if l hold onto the pain because lt makes me feel safer then opening my heart back up
fully. Most people dont seem to understand that by loving the wrong people is just as painful then holding onto the pain that cuts so deeply. Holding on keeps me from having to move forwarded and having to feel even more vulnerable inside.
